Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lazize Shop. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it

  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, skincare, etc.)

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The invoice

We will offer either a replacement or a full refund in such cases, depending on stock availability.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method or via mobile banking as applicable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:

  • First, check your bank/mobile account again

  • Then contact your payment provider

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you’ll need to return the original product and place a new order.
